ABLC Staff Alerts: SMS Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Applied Behavior and Learning Consultants, LLC ("ABLC," "we," "us") sends text messages to ABLC employees and contractors who have agreed to receive them. This policy explains what information we collect for our staff text message program, ABLC Staff Alerts, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Your name and mobile phone number.
The date, time and method of your consent to receive texts.
Message records, such as delivery status and your replies (for example, STOP or HELP).
How we use it
We use this information only to send work-related text messages to ABLC staff, such as reminders about incomplete session notes, schedule changes and shift offers, and to keep a record of your consent and opt-out choices. We do not use it for marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share your mobile number and message content only with the service providers that deliver our text messages (such as our messaging provider, Twilio), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.
Client information
ABLC Staff Alerts messages do not contain client names or client health information.
Opting out
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your employment; you will still receive the same information by email or through the ABLC Hub.
How long we keep it
We keep consent records for as long as you work with ABLC and for 4 years afterward, then delete them.
